WARRANTY
All products sold and published on this web site are warranteed
against manufacturing defect for a period of 30 days from
the date of purchase. The product is warranteed against
manufacturing defect. The product application and use
is not warranteed. Note that products replaced under manufacturing
defect will be replaced at no charge. Note that The Graflex
Shop will not be responsible to pay for shipping and freight
charges to get product back to The Graflex Shop from the
customer.
LIABILITY

Third (3rd) party includes any entity or individual of whom
is not The Graflex Shop. Third (3rd) party includes customers.
The Graflex Shop or its parent company, Bugiz Corporation,
will NOT be held liable for any 3rd party links or 3rd party
information published on this web site. The Grafles Shop
will NOT be held liable for any 3rd party actions or legal
involvement.

All products are shipped unassembled. It is to the customer's
descrecion to use the products in the manner that he or
she chooses. We do not produce, sell, or ship licensed replica
props. We sell replica camera parts, electronic components
and mechanical assemblies that are in no way a finished
product. The Graflex Shop will not be held liable for any
3rd party use or resell of the products.
This
product is sold for novelty use only. The products are not
toys and are not to be sold or used by children. Products
may contain small parts and are potential choking hazards.
Use at your own risk. The Graflex Shop will not be held
liable for any 3rd party use of the products. DO NOT use
the product for sword fighting or any direct physical abuse
of the product or of any individual. DO NOT strike or hit
anyone or anything with the product. Products are not toys
and they are not weapons, nor are they sparring devices.

of the products sold are UL or RoHS recognized, approved
or listed. The products are sold without any agency recognition.
The electrical components are not rated to any measure of
safety. The Graflex Shop will not be held liable for the
use of the electrical components, including wiring, power
applied, and application.
EXPEDITE
REQUESTS
Expedite requests can be made by using our standard web
based contact form. If expediting is available, charges
will be 20% of the total sale or $100 minimum. If expediting
is not available, the customer will be notified within 3
business days of the request.
PERSONAL
TRANSACTION REQUESTS
Requests to meet in person will be denied. All transactions
will be made in written form via Money Order or through
the online payment system, PayPal. The Graflex Shop or its
representatives will in no way meet with anyone. If attempts
are made to meet a Graflex Shop representative in person,
the Graflex Shop will take legal action to resolve the issue.
ERRORS
Potential
errors could be present on this web site. Note that all
product photos are for reference only. The actual product
may vary slightly due to updated design changes. The Graflex
Shop will not be held liable for typos or errors present
on the web site. Use at your own risk.
RESTOCKING
A 15% restock fee will be applied to any product returned
for cash, including warranty refunds.
